The corporate finance team consists of advisors with broad experience as consultants in connection with changes of ownership and corporate structures, and has through a wide range of transactions in a number of industries extensive insight and knowledge about its clients’ individual and critical operational success factors, as well as the markets and market dynamics in which the respective client operates.

The Norwegian economy is one of the strongest and most solid in the world, and has the second highest Gross Domestic Product per capita in the world when adjusted for difference in price levels between countries. The main industry sectors in Norway include Oil & Gas, shipping, fishing and aquaculture, and hydro power. Our Norway office has industrial background and experience in the Oil & Gas industry as well as the fishing and aquaculture industry, in addition to broad transaction experience from most other industries in Norway.
