Michael Vinciguerra

Mike Vinciguerra focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private placements, financial restructuring assignments, and valuations. Since joining BGL in 2006, Mike has gained experience working with a broad spectrum of clients across many of BGL’s industry practices, including industrials, business services, healthcare and consumer products. Prior to joining BGL, Mike was a finance intern at Stryker Orthopaedics, where he conducted industry research and financial assessments for new product ventures.
