Martine Depas
Senior Partner at Financière de Courcelles
Martine joined Financiere de Courcelles in March 2015.
After a mixed career as a commercial and as an investment banker, both in French and American banks - Banque de la Hénin, Chase, Banque Vernes, Bank of America, BAII, Banque de Vizille - Martine set up in 1993 her own advisory firm, Inkermann Finance & Conseil. She joined L’Epervier corporate finance advisors in July 2007. Martine has advised diversified clients in various industries in M&A, capital investments and private placements. Very much experienced and multi-skilled, she now focuses on Training and Education, where she has successfully conducted a lot of transactions. Martine is recognized as the reference expert in this business segment.
Martine graduated from IEP Paris, holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Paris University and an accounting degree.
