Henri has a vast experience in M&A both in France and internationally.
After a first experience in Project Finance, Henri began his advisory career with Clinvest in Paris in 1991 where he contributed to significant transactions such as the public takeover of Mikasa on the New York Stock Exchange or the merger between Technip and Coflexip. Between 2002 and 2004, Henri was based in Hong Kong and contributed to the development of Clinvest’s international franchise in Asia where he especially advised Michelin on the development of a joint-venture with Apollo Tyres in India. Henri joined the mid-cap M&A team of Societe Generale in 2005 and originated various transactions in the CRL industry including the public takeover of DPAM (childrenwear retail), the acquisition of RDC (E-commerce)by Altarea, the disposal of VF Europe (lingerie) by Fruit Of The Loom and in the automotive industry (disposal of CML to Antolin of Spain by various US financial sponsors and disposal of Vignal Systems to Eurazeo PME). Henri joined FDC in Paris in July 2017 where he is in charge of both CRL and Automotive.
