Frédéric de Boer
Co-Chairman of Global M&A Partners, Partner at Zetra at Zetra International
Mr. De Boer is a co-founder of ZETRA International AG (ZETRA) and a Board member of Global M&A Partners Ltd. Since 2008, ZETRA has always been listed among the Top 4 and since 2013 among the Top 2 M&A-advisors in Switzerland. Prior to ZETRA, he was Partner at the Helbling Group in Zurich and in charge of the corporate finance division. Prior to this, Frédéric worked for the Nestlé Group in Europe, USA and Africa. Frédéric serves on a number of boards of companies in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
Mr. de Boer provides an active senior role in M&A engagements internationally with particular focus on sell-side advisory for mid-cap transactions. He graduated from University of St. Gallen and INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
