Colin has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking and capital markets. Since joining Crosbie in 1991 from UBS, he has played leading roles in numerous M&A, corporate finance and restructuring transactions, and has also provided advice to Boards of Directors and shareholders of a diverse range of mid-market and corporate clients. Additionally, he managed the firm's principal investing activities for a number of years and has been a director of a number of public and private companies. Colin's diverse M&A experience includes significant transactions in the food, financial services, power generation, industrial products, and construction & engineering sectors.
