Andy Parker

Andy has more than 20 years of M&A experience focussed on delivering high quality deals for entrepreneurs, management teams and private equity.

Andy joined Cooper Parry Corporate Finance in 2015 and has led the sale of Nottingham based heating and plumbing merchant GB Willbond to Marlowe Holdings as its first, platform investment into to that market and the MBO of Jones th Bootmaker and Brantano.

As a partner at PwC, where he spent 18 years, Andy advised on a wide range of deals including the £64m sale of tissue manufacturer Accrol Papers, the £73m investment by Inflexion into online travel agent On the Beach and the £85m sale of smart metering expert Technolog Holdings. Whilst Andy has worked on deals across many sectors, he has deep sector experience in the health and social care markets, advising on deals such as Craegmore, Regard Partnership, Caretech and Farrow House.
